Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget
• Provide end-to-end project management
•  Scope project requirements and prepare a budget
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.

Job description:

Reporting to the Plant head and share your sales planning with reputed directors and project Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and providing customer support.  You will identify potential markets, develop and implement sales strategies to further grow the business.  Key tasks and responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:

• Building and managing relationships with current and prospective customers, engineers, and Installation & Commissioning Team.
• Providing a high level of support to clients.
• Developing conveyor system concepts and designs to comply with specifications, product throughput, and client requirements.
• Preparation of tenders and technical documentation for presentation to clients.
• Contract negotiation.
• Project management.

Selection criteria:

To be considered for the role of Sales Manager, you shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in selling and designing end-to-end Robotics & Advanced Material Handling solutions.  As a suitable candidate, you will require the following key attributes;

• A proven history in a sales role within the industry with sound knowledge and of Robotics & Conveyor System and sortation equipment.

Candidates can develop/conceptualize mechanical Equipment based on a set of requirements. Produce mechanical Equipment specifications to meet performance requirements, also participate/lead design reviews. Candidates can evaluate components, develop specifications, analyses, and design validation. Select materials and verify design accuracy. They can provide an effective presentation and written evaluations to communicate concepts, designs, test results, etc. should be able to perform with tolerance and GD&T in design as well as in Manufacturing Drawings. Should have good knowledge on Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems Should have good knowledge on Bearings & Selection Method, Linear motion Equipment, Steel Structure & Weldment, Mechanical Joints, and Power Transmission System also capable to work with the team as a team member and with outside customers, as well as with all departments like Assembly department, Machine shops, and Quality control department, etc. Must have experience in automation system design, Machine design, and SPMs (machinery, conveyors, Lifters, Rail guided Vehicles, and Overhead Moving Systems, etc. 

Basic Calculation and Science to be very much clear and well understanding for applications different types of components accordingly. 

Good work Knowledge: Solid works (Mandatory) / Autocad
